Yelena Guerra was born in Cuba. At the age of 9, she immigrated with her family to the United States in search of freedom and a better future. Having experienced all the difficulties that all immigrants go through, she decided to pursue a career in Law so that she could help and defend all those who, like her and her family, one day left their country in search of new opportunities.

Attorney Yelena Guerra has extensive experience representing people before Immigration (USCIS) and also before the Immigration Court. Before founding Guerra Immigration Group, P.A, she obtained extensive experience and numerous recognitions working at a prestigious Immigration firm in Miami, Florida.

Yelena Guerra graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law after earning a Degree in Psychology from Florida International University.

She is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and authorized to practice Immigration Law throughout the country.
